Terms of Payment

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Card payments are processed by our payment provider, WayForPay, over a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant connection. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

2. Billing cycle

The fully managed service is billed monthly in advance at €53.00 per month; your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. The annual software license is billed once per year at €944.00. Hardware appliances (Mac Mini Server at €2,519.00 and 1U Rack Server at €4,199.00) are one-time purchases charged in full at the time of order.

3. VAT and taxes

Prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing country. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number may qualify for reverse-charge treatment where permitted by law.

4. Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. Access to the managed service may be suspended if payment remains outstanding after a grace period. Restoring a suspended account requires the outstanding balance to be settled in full.

5. Currency

Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience, but all payments are processed and settled in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) by our payment provider, WayForPay. If you pay with a foreign-currency card, your bank or card issuer converts the charge to UAH at its own exchange rate; any converted figures shown on our site are indicative only.

6. Billing disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at billing@lightup.cloud within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
