We added a LAN sync feature. Now LightUpon.Cloud client can downloads big files from your local network, making them available on your computer even faster.
It works by using Kademilia peer-to-peer protocol. We bootstrap the Kad network by sending UDP multicast messages in LAN when application starts, then Kad network balances itself and exchanges information in files available within your groups.
Also we have added a differential synchronization feature, that uploads only parts of files that are missing on server.
Those two features make the processes of upload and download faster.
